📦 Data Export with Custom Fields

You can now export tickets, customers, accounts, and even sidebar conversations. Customize your export by selecting the fields that matter most to you, including custom fields you’ve created for more tailored data control.

📧 Email Notifications

Once your data export is complete, you'll receive an email notification. You can also download any previous exports from your settings whenever you need them from App config > Data > Export data
