With Respond in Your Own Tone, you can now let AI tailor replies to match your unique writing style—or switch things up to sound more friendly or professional. Here’s what’s new:


We give you options to select different tones.

When you respond to customer inquiries, AI can now analyze your previous messages to generate a reply that mirrors your unique tone. If you prefer a bit of variety, you can select from pre-set tones like:

  • Friendly 🤝 – Warm, helpful, and approachable.
  • Professional 🏢 – Polished, clear, and business-like.
  • Personalized ✍️ – Custom, crafted to reflect your style of writing.

We let AI personalize your message, no matter what situation.

As your team responds to tickets, AI learns from these interactions to understand the tone and style of your replies.

When you respond to a new ticket, AI will offer a suggested reply that mirrors your typical tone—or adapts to a more Friendly or Professional option if selected.

Adjust the message if needed, or hit send if it’s ready to go. No rework, no rewrites—just a smooth, on-brand message every time.

Try out these features—just click on “smart assist” (or the ✨ button on top-right of the composer) and select “change tone.”
