Customizations in chat, search and associations
We're excited to share some new features we've added to Atlas this week, all designed to make your customer support experience even better.
Here's what's new:

- Smarter customer-account mapping

Let’s go through these in detail
- Custom chat launcher
You can now upload your own icon for the chat launcher. Whether you prefer square or circular shapes, customize the chat launcher to match your brand perfectly. You can modify it by going to App Config > Chat > Widget Style
- Smarter customer-account mapping
Atlas now automatically associates customers with their accounts based on their email domain. This means less manual work for you and more accurate customer data.
- Enhanced search capabilities
- New "in last x days" search field: Easily find tickets created within a specific timeframe.
- Project Management Ticket search: Use 'ticket.Project Management Ticket' to quickly locate specific project-related issues.
- New variables in composer
We've added , , and variables to give you more flexibility in your responses.
