Multi-channel
You can send announcements via Slack, SMS, or email, ensuring every message lands where it matters most. Whether it’s a critical outage update, a new feature launch, or a compliance reminder, Broadcast helps you reach the right people, on the right platform, at the right time.
How it works
- Find Broadcast in the menu or hit
'G + O' - Click 'Add campaign' and select your channel & audience.
- Craft your message, preview it, and schedule or send instantly.
Once you’ve sent out the campaign, you can also use Broadcast to view the campaign analytics.
