Overview

The HubSpot integration keeps your customer and account data in sync between Atlas and HubSpot, giving you a unified view of interactions and tickets across both platforms. With this integration, you can keep track of [CRM] activities, Atlas tickets, and important notes—effortlessly synchronized between Atlas and HubSpot.

How it works

Sync customers and accounts between Atlas and HubSpot using customizable field mappings. HubSpot notes, meetings, and emails flow into Atlas, helping you track essential customer interactions in one place. When tickets open or close in Atlas, they’ll automatically sync into HubSpot to keep both platforms up-to-date.

Configure

To connect HubSpot to Atlas, navigate to App Configuration > HubSpot in Atlas. Log in through OAuth to link your HubSpot account, then map customer and account fields from HubSpot to Atlas. Finally, specify which activities (like notes, meetings, and emails) you’d like synced between Atlas and HubSpot.
