Overview

The Segment integration allows you to manage data flow effortlessly between applications, now including Atlas. With Segment, you can bring in customer, account, and event data to enrich Atlas's insights and improve your customer experience.

How it works

Sync customer and account data between Atlas and Segment through customizable field mapping. Once your application sends data to Segment, it is automatically routed to all designated applications, including Atlas, so your team can stay up-to-date with key customer interactions.
