Twilio
Call, text, or WhatsApp your customers from within Atlas using Twilio.
Overview
The Twilio integration allows you to use your Twilio number to call, text, or WhatsApp your customers from within Atlas. Connect your existing Twilio number or have Atlas set up a new number for you, enabling SMS and WhatsApp as support channels.
How it works
Atlas connects to the Twilio API to send WhatsApp and SMS messages. When customers respond, Atlas receives the responses from Twilio and creates or updates tickets as needed. You can manage support with a single Twilio number or multiple SMS and WhatsApp numbers for various support needs.
Configure
To set up WhatsApp, go to App Configuration > Ticketing > Channels > WhatsApp. For SMS setup, go to App Configuration > Ticketing > Channels > SMS .
