The WhatsApp integration allows you to chat directly with customers on WhatsApp, helping you connect where they’re already active. Bring your own number or let Atlas purchase a new number for you. Engage with customers and collect Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores effortlessly.
How it works
Atlas will gather the necessary information to set up WhatsApp for your business. We partner with Facebook to register your number for business messaging. When a customer reaches out, you can respond freely within the initial 24-hour window. After 24 hours, continue the conversation with one of your preset message templates.
Configure
To set up WhatsApp with Atlas, navigate to App Configuration > Ticketing > Channels > WhatsApp.
