Overview
The Zendesk integration allows you to migrate all customer information, accounts, articles, templates, and workflows from Zendesk to Atlas. Transition from your legacy support system to a best-in-class support experience with ease. Our white-glove onboarding ensures that all your data is transferred seamlessly, and our training team supports your agents throughout the process.
How it works
Simply add your Zendesk API credentials within the Atlas app, and we’ll begin migrating all data. You can run the data sync multiple times, allowing your agents to train on real data before fully transitioning. Sync times may vary based on the volume of data being transferred.
Configure
To configure Zendesk with Atlas, go to App Configuration > Integration > Zendesk in Atlas.
