How it works
- Connect your Discord server to Atlas and choose which channels to integrate.
- Automatically or manually create tickets from Discord messages, ensuring no support request is missed.
- Sync replies between Atlas and Discord in real time—respond to users directly from Atlas while keeping conversations visible in Discord.
- Manage multiple channels, including general chats, forum discussions, VIP threads, and dedicated support forms.
- Keep conversations organized and searchable within Atlas, so no issue gets lost in chat history.
Configure
- Log in to Atlas and go to App Configuration > Integrations > Discord
- Authorize Atlas to connect with your Discord server via OAuth.
- Select which channels should have automatic or manual ticket creation.
- Customize your support workflow and sync preferences.
